Drew Hoffman serves as Chief Credit Officer and is responsible for oversight and management of investments and portfolio operations. Mr. Hoffman has over 30-years of experience in new business generation, credit, finance, operations, enterprise risk management, and cybersecurity regulation and compliance. Mr. Hoffman has experience in building and leading teams and working with boards, regulators, and internal and independent auditors. Mr. Hofman has extensive transactional experience in all major credit markets including global infrastructure, project finance, public finance, corporates and structured finance. Mr. Hoffman has managed large, diverse credit portfolios and work-outs at both MBIA and Syncora (formerly XL Capital). Prior to his bond insurance experience, Mr. Hoffman was a project finance lending officer at Sumitomo Bank. Mr. Hoffman started his financial career as an associate at Smith Barney in its solid waste, public finance group.
Mr. Hoffman has an MBA from Columbia University in Finance and Accounting. Mr. Hoffman also has a Master of Science degree in Geology from Yale University and an undergraduate degree from Tufts University.
